She is survived by : her husband Ted Fogleman; her children, Penny Sherek (Chris) of Nashville, Tenn, Terri Johnson of Lebanon and Bill Taylor (Nancy) of Lebanon; her grandchildren, Ryan Harris (Brandi) of Richlands, Brett Taylor (Monica) of Richmond and Sarah Sherek of Nashville; her sister Eveleen McFarlane (Bob) of Lebanon; her close friend Euva Sutherland of Lebanon; her sisters-in-law, Bonnie Fogleman of Lebanon and Barbara Hess of Honaker; and her great-niece Sadie Birchfield of Lebanon. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
