It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodney Frank Talbert of Lebanon, Virginia, who passed away on August 16, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Edsel Talbert and Mable Talbert; and his brother Edsel "Rusty" Talbert, Jr. (Rodney). He is survived by : his siblings, John Talbert (Martha) of Lynchburg, David Talbert of Bristol, Tenn., Sandy Herndon (Ray) of Chauncey, W. Va and Tammy Adkins (Cliff) of Beckley. He is also survived by eight nephews, three nieces, nine great nephews, eight great nieces, and three great-great nephews.
