He is survived by : his mother Helen Mae Keen Elswick of Lebanon; his sons, Freddie Elswick, Jr. (Katy) of Richlands, Anthony Elswick (Kayla) of Wheeling, West and Dillan Elswick of Richlands, Virginia; his granddaughters, Erin, Emma and Henley; his nephew River; and his siblings, Ernest Elswick of Bristol and Linda Carol Lester (Virginia) of Meadowview.
