She was predeceased by : her parents, Gentry Price and Margaret Price Boardwine; her husband Robert Lewis Jr.; and her siblings, Emory Price, May Bell Randolph and Doris Boardwine.

She is survived by : her daughter Shelia Tuggle (Mack) of Abingdon; her granddaughter Mindy Thornton (Daniel); her great grandchild Sawyer Thornton of San Antonio, Texas; and her sisters, Shelby Jean Boardwine of Lebanon and Brenda Breeding (Jake) of Lebanon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
