He is survived by : his wife Linda Powers of Lebanon, VA; his children, Russell Powers (Cassandra) of Levite, NH, Paula Burke (John) of Georgetown, KY, Diana Baker of Lebanon, VA and Jennifer Darnell (Will) of Catlett, VA; his granddaughters, Chelsea Morin (Andrew) of Georgetown, KY, Sarah Frazier of Catlett, VA and Victoria Darnell of Fredricksburg, VA; his great grandchildren, Amelia and Kyle Morin; his siblings, Anna Powers, Rita Neal and Jerry Powers (Dela); and his sister-in-law Ann Powers. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
