She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Brown Fuller and George Washington Fuller Jr.; her former husband Bert Lowe; her husband Donald Wayne Martin; her daughter Patricia Sue Wade; and her granddaughter Susan Wade.
She is survived by: her children, Bert Lowe Jr., Phyllis Ann Lowe, Ricky Lowe, Margaret Lowe, Michael Lowe and Bobby Lowe. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Owens Funeral Service (7 Tate Ave, Lebanon, VA 24266). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
