Va and Rachel Lewis of Boise, Idaho; his grandchildren, Dustin Barton (Tiffany), Matthew Stanley and Lyndsey Barton; his great grandchild Madalynn Barton; and his siblings, H. D. Wallace, Kim Wallace (Ginger), Janet Stinson, Kathy Snead (Raymond) and Pat Monk (Mike).
