She is survived by: her son Jimmy Church (Shirley) of Abingdon; her siblings, Earl Clifford Phillips Jr., Alvin K. Phillips, Barbara Phillips Marsh and Peggy Phillips Haney; her caregivers, Kimberly Kiser and Tasha Collins; and her close friend Rita McFarlane. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
