It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Statzer of Lebanon, Virginia, born in Washington, Virginia, who passed away on February 13, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Statzer; her parents, Walter Self and Florence Self; and her siblings, Ruddy Self, Gay Musick and Mary Sue Statzer.
She is survived by: her children, Stafford Statzer (Linda), Russell Statzer (Kim) and Darless Wharton (Matthew); her grandchildren, Thad Finney (Camille), Nathan Finney (Melonie), Kirsten Reed (Brian), Kelli Statzer, Ashley Statzer and Averie Statzer; and her siblings, Betty Nicely and RJ Self. She is also survived by great-great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
