She was predeceased by : her husband Sammy Reynolds Jr.; her daughter Rachel Lynn Reynolds; and her parents, James O. White and Ada White. She is survived by : her children, Samuel James Reynolds III (Janet) of Bluff City, Tenn. and Pamela Rhea (Danny Rhea) of Cleveland; her grandchildren, Victoria Sue Rhea of Cleveland, Samantha Justus (RJ) of Honaker, Karmen Osborne (Petty Officer) of Tampa, Fla., Chris Fields and Nick Fields of Hansonville; and her siblings, Dora Bevins of Lebanon and Paul White (Peggy) of Russell County. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
