He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Whitby and Agnes Whitby; and his grandchildren, Rosalina Camacho and Troy Smith, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Whitby; his daughters, Belinda McCall (Douglas), Carol Trejo (Lupe) and Michelle Salazar; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Robert, Jessica, Willie, Jose, Victor, Chris and Amber; his brothers, Charles Whitby (Lana) and Leslie Whitby; and his mother-in-law Joyce Rose. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and his little dog.
