He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas O. Mayton, Sr. and Mary Clary Mayton; and his sisters, Emma Jean Poarch and Vicki Mayton Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann King Mayton; his children, Mitzi Mayton Pearce (Chris King) and T. J. Mayton (Erica); his grandchildren, Tim S. Pearce, Caleb, Morgan and Natalie Mayton; and his sister Lisa Walker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
