He was predeceased by: his parents, Price McGuire and Ruth Harris Thomas; his sisters, Jane Thomas Robert Regal and Helen Thomas Moore (William "Squeak"); and his grandson Matthew Edwards.
He is survived by: his wife Gale Spiers Thomas; his sons, Robert Alan Thomas (Lita) and Richard McGuire Thomas; his grandson Garret Hall Thomas (Taylor); his great grandchildren, Mattison Jayde Thomas, Jaelyn Nicole Thomas and Logan Blake Thomas; his granddaughter Stephanie Pulley (Kyle); and his great grandchildren, Ryan Segura and Arianna Segura.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Lawrenceville Fire Department or Rescue Squad and the Lawrenceville United Methodist Church.
