She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lee and Pauline Wesson Slayton; her husband Herbert Edward Taylor; and her siblings, Morgan Slayton and Audrey Daniel.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Wayne Taylor (Donna) of Lawrenceville, VA and Kathy Lynn Mabe (Terry) of Gloucester, VA.; her grandchildren, Anthony Wayne Taylor, Jr. (Christy), Daniel Thomas Taylor (Alli Ingenito), Katelynn Ann Taylor, Taylor J. Browder (Laura), Joshua Browder (Courtney) and Noah Mabe; her sister Carolyn Tucker (Billy); and her sisters-in-law, Lillian Jones and Betty Slayton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, many extended family and friends.
