She is survived by: her husband Thomas Starke, Jr.; her children, Barbara Studivant (late Clarence), Martha Smith (Michael), Nannie Starke (Broderick) and Thomas Starke, III (Celesteen); her grandchildren, Shemeka Johnson (Kenny), Aisha Starke, Taishana Powell, Reginal Studivant (Tameka), Terrance Powell, Sr. (Cottrel), Willie Barner III (Shaquana), Keonte Barner, Tremaine Starke, Jemelle Starke and Devon Starke; her great grandchildren, Keniah, Khalia Johnson, Keymonie, Kamayah, Khiyra, Kasanni Barner, Kaylinn Coleman, Aria Vincent, Skyla Barner, Brooklyn Williams, Terrance Powell, Jr., Malik Powell, Si'yon, Kaiden and Ahmad Barner; and her siblings, Idella Hawkins (Roger) and James Kelly. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
