He was predeceased by: his wife Ann; his son Gary (Mary); and his parents, Lemuel Peebles and Mary Peebles. He is survived by: his children, Robert Peebles (Pamela) and Mary Ann Crowder (David); his grandchildren, Lindsey Peebles (Harrison Koontz) and Colin Soles; his great grandchild Katya Koontz; and his sister Elizabeth Steed. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
