He is survived by: his wife Jane Hite; his children, Mia Hite (Fred) and Jason Hite (Amanda); his stepson Kelvin Powell (Doris); his grandchildren, Ashley Powell, Cody Powell, Ayonna House, Malia Hite and Brooklyn Walker; his siblings, Rose Terry, Wayne Hite, Broadnax and James; his aunt Rev. Daisy; his siblings-in-law, Sally Dunson Bracey, Betty Boyd (John) and Raymond Robinson (Doris); and his friend Houston Shaw (VY). He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
