He is survived by: his children, Emma Adams, Shirley Valentine (Eric) and Coleman "Uncle O" Adams; his granddaughters, Shantel Boone, Jashanti Valentine and Johyra Henney; his great grandchildren, Aariyanna Boone, A'riyon of Tennessee, Aurele of Tennessee and Ar'Mon of Tennessee; his grandson Maurele of Tennessee; his siblings, Earl Adams, Dorothy Atkins (Donnie), Virginia High, Henry Adams and Robert Adams; his siblings-in-law, Charles Moody, Robert Earl High and Alice Adams; and his nieces and nephews, Corey, Terrence, Marcus, Robert, Earl Jr., Michael (Germaine), Deborah, Shirley, Jamonica, Lovannia, Zhiquita, Veronica, Jasmine and Nottia. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, niece and nephew in-laws, cousins.
