He was predeceased by: his parents, George Carlyle and Olive V. Reavis. He is survived by: his sisters, Thelma Adams, Constance Butcher, Doris Nicholson and Alma Reavis; and his brothers-in-law, Julius Butcher and Lorenzo Nicholson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
