Powell; his niece Ronetta Hatcher (Wayne); his nephews, Ronald Powell (Lucinda) and Hugh Powell (Keisha); his sister Sandra Newell of LaCrosse, VA; his siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Coley of Macon, GA, Eldena Powell and Matthew Gist; and his aunts, Mary Lee Wilkins (Bernice Powell) of Charlie Hope, VA and Baltimore, MD. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
