He was predeceased by: his father Floyd Collins Fajna. He is survived by: his mother Stella Merkle (Scott); his daughter Jessica Kawski; his grandchildren, Joey, Cameron and Haley; and his siblings, Chris Fajna, Ryan Merkle and Michelle Merkle. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
