He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Oscar and Martha Ellen Nester Webb; his wife Ellen Bowman Webb; his siblings, Dale Webb, June Kelly and Phyllis Ann Webb; and his half-sister Mildred Puckett.
He is survived by: his children, Donald Lee Webb (Kay), Debbie Sue Parnell (Ken), Doris Irene Leath (Myron) and Darla W. Nester; and his brother Howard Webb. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
