We are sad to announce that on February 6, 2020, at the age of 84, Olene Nester (Laurel Fork, Virginia), born in Elkin, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Olene Nester to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Massey and Pearl Alderman Massey; her husband Issac Eugene Nester; her brothers, Eugene Massey, Calvin Willard and Reed Willard; and her granddaughter Tonya Taylor.
She is survived by: her former husband Dexter Burnette; her friend Place; her daughters, Elisha Kay Marshall, Sandra Phillips and Cheryl Coleman; her son-in-law Butch Coleman; her son Gary Nester; her daughter-in-law Connie Nester of Laurel Fork, VA.; her brother David Massey; her sister-in-law Lou Massey of Bassett, VA; her sister Iola Massey Hubbard; and her brother-in-law Melvin Pete Hubbard of Meadows. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, 15 Great-grandchildren, and 3 Great-Great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
