He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Fields (Billy) and Pam Johnson (Brian); his stepchildren, Diane Doyle, Mark Sheets, Jeff Sheets and Aaron Sheets; his grandchildren, Nick, Casey, Kendra and Chandler; his stepgrandchildren, Marcus, Cayla, Falyn, Taylor and Erica; his great grandchildren, A. J., Kinsley, Pyper, Parker and Ada; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jared, Wyatt, Ean, Carter, Raleigh and Damion; his siblings, Connie Sutphin, Rocky Sutphin, Barbara Sue Amoss, Marcella Odell, Margaretta Sheppard, Tina Edwards and Trina Bullins; and his friend Scottie Bullins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
