He was predeceased by: his wife Vivian Van Holten; his parents, John Holten and Katherine Van Holten; and his siblings, Bill, Mike Van Holten and Dale Van Holten.
He is survived by: his son Craig Van Holten (Tina); and his grandchildren, Robbie (Raegan) and Katelyn Van Holten.
