He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Wooten and Hazel Wooten; his siblings, Ricky, James Adam Wooten, Vernie Belue, Jewel Whitehurst, Juanita Galloway, Vickie Galloway and Janet Allen; and his grandson Matthew Clay Galloway.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Wooten; his children, Lisa Galloway, Denise Johnson (Jim), Terri Harris (Allen), Ray Wooten (Stacy), Troy Wooten and Ronnie Smith (Sheryl); and his siblings, John "Stack" Wooten (Doris Ann), Charlotte Ann Carneal (Harold), Barbara Jean Deskins, Ruby Newbill (Monty) and Linda Dickens (Albert). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
