It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Vance Flannagan of Lanexa, Virginia, who passed away on January 28, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Flannagan; his siblings-in-law, Nancy Graham (Fred) and Wayne Martin (Becky); and his niece Tanya Jackson (Clay).
