He is survived by: his wife Shirley Otey; his children, Faye Duncan, Melissa McCall (David), Ronny Otey and Daniel Otey (Connie); and his siblings, Jean Tooley, Betty Stewart, Judy Morgan and Randolph Otey. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
