He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Ramdohr and Dorathea Ramdohr; his brother Paul; his wife Elke; his daughters, Sabine and Stefanie; his son-in-law Chris; his grandchildren, Jason, Chris, Petra, Kirstin, Caitlyn, Ashley, Paul and Micki; his great grandchildren, Brandon, Cameryn, Nathaniel, Cydney, Ellorah, Dalton and Sawyer; his sister-in-law Marianne Zessin; and his nephew Uwe Zessin. He was also cherished by daughters, eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Charitable donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimers Society and American Cancer Society.
