He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Otey and Lucille Otey. He is survived by: his daughter Aimee Otey Potash (Chris); his grandchildren, Jasmine, Colton, Rita, Joseph, Christopher, Sophie and Bella; and his former wife Tekla Frey. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
