He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Mullins and Garnett Mullins. He is survived by: his siblings, John Mullins (Wanda), Thomas "Fuz" Mullins (Judy), Polly McConnell (Dwane) and Scott Mullins (Gigi); his children, Melissa Anne DeLuke Allen, Garey Gene Mullins II (Rhonda), Russel Coy Mullins, Cherie Seawell and Traye Seawell (April); and his grandchildren, Savannah, Colton, Zachary S., Dylan, Zachary M., Kylie, Morgan and Ashley. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews.
