He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Small and Leatha Small of Dillon, SC.. He is survived by: his wife Elsa Ann Small of Lanexa; his sisters, Ruby Small and Margaret Small Jacobs of Dillon, SC; his children, Eddie (Joan) of Lanexa, Buster (Debbie) of Chesterfield and Annette Knopp (Paul) of St. Cloud, FL; his grandchildren, Nikki, Michelle Small, Scott Small, Jason Wells, Justin and Perry Knopp; and his friend March.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Bensley Bermuda Rescue Squad Chester or Grace Hospice Williamsburg.
