He was predeceased by: his parents, James Randall and Lucy Bernice Randall; and his siblings, Barbara Wright, Diane Jones (Willie) and James E. Randall.
He is survived by: his daughters, Stacee Randall of New York, NY, Shavonne Kearse (Donald) of Columbia, SC and Meeya Randall of Williamsburg, VA; his siblings, Michael Randall (Sharon), Victor Randall (ShaVonnie), Valarie Kelly (Benjamin), Yvette Randall and L'Tanya Taliaferro (Jeffrey); and his aunts, Mary Talley and Alease Bowles. He is also survived by eighteen nieces and nephews.
