She is survived by: her husband William "Billy" Stewart; her children, William Scott Stewart and Lisa Burcham (Jamie); her siblings, Jean Tooley, Judy Morgan and Randolph Otey; and her grandchildren, Hunter and Kara Burcham. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Memorial contributions can be made to the James City Volunteer Rescue Squad, 3135 Forge Rd, Toano, VA 23168.
