She was predeceased by: her mother Alice Hollins. She is survived by: her father Ellsworth Hollins; her son Dennis W. Leonituk, Jr. (Christa); her grandchild Jalen of Lanexa; her great grandchild Shelly Latoski (John); and also Sydney of Gloucester.
