He was predeceased by : his parents, Jim Elliott Sr. and Ruth Elliott; and his brother Walter Payne Elliott. He is survived by : his wife Doris Elliott; his daughters, Yvonne Hall (Brad) and Teresa Whitlock (Charles); his brother Richard Elliott (Lorraine); and his grandchildren, Chad Hall (Melissa), Christopher Hall, Amanda Whitlock and Cliff Whitlock.
