He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayland W. Talley and Josephine Keyser Talley. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Steele Talley; his children, Alice T. Coates (Jimmy) of Lively, Martha T. Wilson (John) of Denton, Winfield W. Talley of Lancaster and Marjorie T. Lampkin (Billy) of Regina; and his sister Gloria T. Stover (Jack) of Wheaton. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
