He was predeceased by: his wife Loreta "Reta" Anderson Stover. He is survived by: his sons, Victor Kennedy Stover, Jr. (Gina) and Garry Anderson Stover; his grandchildren, Sara, Benjamin, Maggie (Chad) and Katie (Michael); and his great grandchildren, Connor, Benjamin, Michal Joy, Jethro and Uriah.
