She was predeceased by: her husband I. Edward Trotter, Jr.; her granddaughter Jessica Trotter Batchelor (Brett); her parents, Robert Harper Brame and Lois Hunt Brame; and her sister Annice Dorsey.
She is survived by: her children, I. Edward "Nick" Trotter, III (Jenny), Leigh Trotter Kreider (James) and Mitchell Brame Trotter (Susan); her grandchildren, Chelsea Leigh Trotter (Geoffrey Werner), Ashley Marie Trotter, James E. Kreider, David Kreider (Laura) and April Trotter; her great grandchild Owen Isham Kemp Werner; and her siblings, Harper Brame and Bettie Wallace.
