It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loreta Stover (Lancaster, Virginia), who passed away on June 28, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Loreta is survived by: husband Victor Kennedy Stover; and sons, Victor Kennedy Stover, Jr. (Jina) and Garry Anderson Stover. Loreta is also survived by four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
