He was predeceased by: his parents, Allean P. and John W. McNeal, Sr.; and his sister Ethel M. Whitacre. He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia M. Clark of St. Stephens Church and Linda M. McNeal of Richmond; and his nieces, Clarissa G. Whitacre of Towson, Carla W. Mayer of Wheaton and Ill.
