He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Cutting Westhoff; his great grandchild Marvin RyeLee Harris; his brother Gary Westhoff, Sr.; and his parents, William Westhoff and Virginia Westhoff.
He is survived by: his children, Darlene Rials (David), Diane Westhoff Sistrunk (Mark), David Westhoff, Jr., Durinda Westhoff (Michael Fountain), Angela McNeal (Dale) and Tina Westhoff-Cali (Raymond); and his siblings, Dennis, Faye of Severna Park, Wayne, Oneida of San Antonio and Linda Westhoff of Daytona Beach, Florida.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
