She was predeceased by: her stepfather Robert Prewitt (Bob); and her sister Susy Mann. She is survived by: her boyfriend Neal Blackburn; her daughter Dawn Burdick; her granddaughter Jordan Taylor (Jessie); her great grandchild Haydon Taylor; her mother Eleanor Prewitt; and her siblings, Reggie Mann (Margaret), Steven Prewitt (Lara) and Lisa.
