He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Alton and Shirley Ann Farris Parker. He is survived by: his brother Vincent Frederick; his sister-in-law Heather Parker; his half-siblings, Connie Holland and J. D. Heist; his stepsiblings, Terri Hawks, Jill Hawks and Chuck Hawks; and his nieces and nephews, Rachel Ann Parker, Josie Lynn Parker, Gabriel Vincent Parker and Reuben Ezekiel Webb.
