It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Brady Lyons (Lambsburg, Virginia), who passed away on May 19, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cortez Lyons and Maggie Jarrell Lyons; his son Gary Lyons; and his siblings, Claudia Bowman, Lauren Lyons and Randolph Lyons.
He is survived by: his wife Eva June Quesenberry Lyons; his children, Karen (Curt Carlson), Donna Lyons, Gene (Becky Lyons), Freddie (Sherri Lyons), Eddie (Becky Lyons) and Gerald Lyons; his daughter-in-law Robin Lyons; his sister Betty Lyons; and his sisters-in-law, Christine Lyons and Helen Lyons. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
Due to the limitations of numbers for public gatherings at this time (COVID-19), a graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, May 22, 2020 at Chestnut Grove Primitive Baptist Church with Pastor Ron Schwarz officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorial contributions be made to VAVS, General Purpose Fund, Voluntary Services, 1970 Roanoke Blvd., Salem, VA 24153.
