He is survived by: his daughters, Sheila Gay Gant and Darlene Campbell (Mark Scott); his grandchildren, Charles Campbell (Rachael), Clinton "Scooter" Campbell, Latoyia Gant, Stacen Gant and Melynda Gant; his great grandchildren, Leona Campbell, Charles Campbell, Jr., Keeli Gant, Maddox Gant and Caiden Gant; and his siblings, Edward Brackett (Patricia) and Eleanor Roach.
