We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2020, at the age of 81, Joyce Sydnor of Kinsale, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, in order to protect the health of high-risk individuals in our family, we ask that those who plan to attend the graveside service comply with the following safety precautions: wear a mask, maintain at least 6 feet of distance between yourself and others, and no hugging/hand shaking/touching.
