Stallings Jr. (Kinsale, Virginia), born in Aberdeen, Maryland, who passed away on March 3, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Dolly Bartlett (John), Deborah Patten, Brenda Dembosky, Mary Ellen Parks (Charles) and Valerie Cox; and his siblings, Bobby J. Stallings and Stephen A. Stallings. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
