She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Steinmann, Sr.; her son James E. Steinmann, Jr.; and her brothers, Franklin Bradley Kelley and Lewis Milton Kelley. She is survived by: her parents, Leslie Frank and Erma Lipscomb Kelley; and her children, Carole S. Shepherd, Sonya B. Blommel and Roy Bradley Steinmann of Mechanicsville. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great- grandchildren. "Grandma Roof" lived her life in service to others, always sacrificing her own interests, time and resources, to come to the aid of family members and friends.
