He was predeceased by: his son Hayward "Skip" Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Patricia M. Toney; and his children, Linnie Theimer (Lisa), Shane Toney (Amanda), Kenneth Toney (Tanya) and Christie Weigart (Darren). He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren; and his 6 great-grandchildren.
